Supreme Court during the several

years from 1873 as shown in the Chief Justice's Report does not however include Interpreters and Messengers. He has also not taken into consideration

the fees which were received by __ different officers in lieu of salaries . These ought in my opinion to be... added to the cost. The annexed

statement shows 1st the whole cost.

The highest amount shown in the latter table as the nett cost was

$16,834 in 1874 and the lowest was

$7/479 in 1880. The Chief Justice estimated the nett cost according to the scheme approved by Your Lordship
